My first impression is that they didn't project the condo to sell off so that's why they're so relieved to get rid of it all haha. But yah, can't understand why they have to put the note there. Maybe to show that their company's projects are good bah.
Can you guys read clearly what's written after the 'Fully Sold' headline? Hm...what will you think if you were one of the unit buyers...

What I don't understand is, since they have already sold off everything, why bother advertising? Such a waste of advertisment money...
